Yes. Every product we sell is genuine Korean skincare, sourced from trusted brands — no dupes, no fakes.
How do I know which products are right for my skin?
Take our quick skin test. Answer a few questions about your skin type and concerns, and we'll recommend products built around what your skin actually needs.
When will I get my order?
We will work quickly to ship your order as soon as possible. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
How much is delivery and how long does it take?
Inside Dhaka: 80 BDT, delivered in 1–2 business days. Outside Dhaka: 100 BDT, delivered in 3–5 business days.
Can I return or exchange a product?
Please inspect your package in front of the delivery person before accepting it. If something's damaged, wrong, or missing, let them know right away and we'll replace or refund it. Once accepted, orders are final — our skincare is sealed for hygiene and can't be returned after delivery.
